All My Faves: A layout for Scrapping Everyday Miracles

I'm a new member of the Design Team at Scrapping Everyday Miracles blog, and the July Main Challenge is to scrap about your favorites, and to incorporate the twist of office supplies!

This was an easy topic for me:  family, fun and fellowship!  These shots are from a birthday party a few years ago, and I was blessed to get so many pics of our family members, together!  The office supplies I chose to use were the 6 red paperclips, and the green staples on the corners of the photo mattes!  I used a combination of Simple Stories, My Mind's Eye, Pink Paislee, and Bazzill cardstock!  I am really into using little banner strips currently, so I made several of them with
     scraps!

Not A Cloud In The Sky

I created this layout of my happy boy with the sketch from Sketches in Thyme current challenge in mind!  I loved the simplicity of this sketch, which gave me a place to start, and some room for creative freedom!

Sketches in Thyme: Sketch September 1 Blast From The Past

I created with these supplies:
Simple Stories Year-O-Graphy
American Crafts thickers
October Afternoon font stickers
Marvy Uchida journaling pen
CTMH paperclips

Our Story

What a fun sketch, challenge and word to use all together on one layout!  I created it for these 3 challenges, and had a lot of fun putting the pieces together!  Our adoption story, now 4 years old, is one of my favorites to scrapbook!

What I Love At The Sea

I created this layout for these creative blog challenges:

I used LOTS of old plain flowers, and layered them, securing them with staples!  I was happy to use up some of these flowers from my stash!

**I used metal colored staples, and metal paperclips.**
I frequently forget about using my stapler, although I love the result every time I do!  I also have had these paperclips for years,. and am so excited about using them!!!

What a unique challenge!  I used a tiny square punch and lots of my favorite scraps of paper and created my mini patchwork!  I will certainly use this technique again!

I used these supplies, tools and products in my layout:

Simple Stories Year-O-Graphy paper collection
Fiskars tiny square punch
Prima flowers
Recollections flowers
Close To My Heart paperclips
Jenny Bowlin font stickers
American Crafts thickers
 Making Memories staples
Jenny Bowlin font stickers
Bazzill cardstock

This layout, and this photo, reflects one of my major personality traits - curiosity - especially about nature and even moreso about animals! One of my favorite activities when we go to any body of water is to search for animal life! And this layout reflects some of my favorite elements to use when I scrap - FLOWERS, pink, polka dots, layers and distressing!  What do you like about nature?
